… or why I think Moffat set up the perfect scenario to save River from the Library in the series finale.
Because why not attempt making up something based on the information we have so far? Note that this isn’t complete and is entirely theory.
This is really confusing because I say Clara and Oswin and Oswald a lot.
~~~Clara Oswin Oswald, Clara “Oswin” Oswald, Oswin Oswald~~~
you know, Moffat is a tricksy bastard.
He says the Doctor and Clara are smitten with each other.
But did you know (and being a writer I am sure Moffat does) that smitten has two meanings? One is ‘infatuated, captivated, awe-struck, charmed’ and the other is ‘afflicted with, struck, or plagued with’ which is actually the original meaning because smitten is the past tense of smite.
This is a response I made elsewhere with vague titles above the sections so you have an idea of what I’m talking about.
I’ve decided to […] attempt to make up things from this point onwards. And I’m attempting to organize things because I’m dumb.
the never ending list of people I love : Karen Gillan
”We saw some amazing actresses for this part. But when Karen came through the door, the game was up — she was funny, clever, gorgeous and sexy. Or Scottish, which is the quick way of saying it. A generation of little girls will want to be her. And a generation of little boys will want them to be her too.” -Steven Moffat, on casting Gillan as Amy Pond
Just noticed that the picture behind amy looks like ballerina or a girl in a gown but also kinda looks like a silences head upside down
